Shipping
What places do you ship to?
We ship to most places in India. You get free shipping on orders above INR 2999.
How long will it take to ship my order?
- If it's unframed or rolled, it takes 2-3 days to ship.
- For gallery wrap or framed art, it's usually 3-4 days to ship.
Shipping usually takes additional 3-6 days.
How do you pack the artwork?
We really care about making sure your order gets to you safe and sound.
For Rolled Art:
- First, we wrap it in special paper.
- Then, we put it in a protective cover.
- Finally, we roll it up in our special tubes.
For Framed Art:
- We start by wrapping it in a special film.
- Then, we add lots of bubble wrap.
- Finally, we put it in a sturdy box with padding inside to keep it from moving around.
Returns & Exchange
Can I change or cancel my order?
Every art piece is made when you order it. That means we only start printing, framing, and packaging once you place your order. Because of this, we can't cancel orders once we've started making them.
But you can cancel within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, we can't accept cancellations.

Can I exchange or return my order?
We put a lot of effort into making sure your order is perfect. But sometimes, things happen during shipping that we can't control, and your order might get damaged.
If you get the wrong or a defective product, let us know within 48 hours of getting it.

To return your item, it should be in the same condition you got it in, with the original packaging.
When you tell us about the return, please include:
- Why you're returning it
- Your order number and when you got the order
- Photos to show the problem, if you can
We can only accept returns or exchanges if you got the wrong product or if there's something wrong with it.
You have 48 hours from when you got your order to return it.
Frequently asked question
Framed Prints:
We pack your prints really well to keep them safe during shipping. When you get them, take off the packing carefully and follow the instructions card in the box.
Rolled Prints:
When you get your prints in the tube, take them out carefully. Don't touch the picture part; use the corners or the back. Put them on a flat surface to smooth out any creases from shipping.
Tip: Take the tube to a frame shop to handle the prints.
Artwork
Will the artwork be ready to hang?
Our framed art is ready and easy to hang because it already has hooks on the back. So when you get it, you can hang it right away.
Note: If you choose no frame or rolled art, it won't be ready to hang. It will come rolled up in our tubes.
Does the artwork have glass on the front?
For artwork with Matte & Luster paper material, we use acrylic in the frame for protection. But for Canvas, since it's fabric, we don't use acrylic.
Acrylic is lighter and tougher than glass, perfect for framing. And no, it won't get a yellow tint with time.
